In return, to increase security of ciclysts and ease this way of displacement, bicyles can not be overtaked by vehicles when going trhough 30 km areas and residential streets with one lane in each direction. Also, bicycles delivering goods can park in loading and unloading areas.

As for electric urban mobility vehicles (UMV), the draft of the ordinance says that they must have pertinent documentation. Similarly, it regulates activities of shared mobility companies, that will neeed a license of the City Council to operate, and touristic and leisure companies whose vehicles must adhere to schedules and itineraries of circulation fixed by the City Council.

Persevering on the bet of the City Council for Substainable Mobility, Raquel Ruz has explained tht the defense of public spaces in urban environment or irruption of new types of vehciles that break conventional barriers between pedestrians and from motor vehicles, has made government team to formulate a revision of the current ordinance for pedestrians and ciclysts, of June 2010.
