Traffic cut in Mariana Pineda
Traffic cuts in 8-10 Mariana Pineda St (between Placeta de Tovar and Lepanto St) will be from 29/07/25 to 31/12/26 according to following plan:
Earth moving phase: There will be intermittent traffic cuts between 16:00 and 7:00 hours three non consecutive working days of 1h duration on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Foundation and Structure phase: during six months there will be punctual traffic cuts between 16:00 and 7:00 hours, two non consecutive working days 3-6 hours duration, on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Closure phase and rest of works will be during eight months starting at the end of previous phase, making punctual traffic cuts 1h duration each between 16:00 and 7:00 hours.
When big dimension vehicles need to go in reverse sense from working area to Reyes Católicos St it must be regulated and signalled by works operators, reopening circulation at the end of works. When possible, there must be free access to garages of residents and emergency vehicles at any moment.
