Access control to Albaicín and Sacromonte, located on Elvira, Reyes Católicos, Pagés and San Luis st, and also pedestrianisation of Carrera del Darro.

Access Control
According to the city ordinance regulating the access control in Granada, there are 4 access controls in Albaicín and Sacromonte, with traffic bollards (High Albaicín Access: Pagés street and San Luis street; and Down Albaicín Access: Elvira street and Reyes Católicos street).
Accesses control located in Reyes Católicos street is between Plaza Isabel la Católica and Plaza Nueva, so you can't access to Plaza Nueva if you are not authorized. In the stretch between Plaza Isabel la Católica and Puerta Real is established a bus lane in both senses of movement.

At Placeta de la Cruz de Piedra.
- Elvira street
At Cárcel Baja.
- Reyes Católicos street

Hotel Customers
Hotel guests in the restricted area are considered residents, and therefore, authorized to get through the access control point. They must comunicate their car number plate in the hotel reception, so the stablishment could send their reservation data to the Center for the Integrated Management of Mobility.
Pressing the button in the bolards intercom point and with the operator and traffic light directions, hotel guests can get to the hotel. They also will be authorized to pass through camera access control.
Don´t forget to give your number plate to the hotel.
If you are going to get to the hotel through access controls, please contact your hotel before getting there, so the hotel can send your number plate in advance to your arriving to the access control point.

Carrera del Darro
Carrera del Darro Street has an special consideration for its protection and pedestrianisation. It´s restricted access with number plate camera-control 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Allowed access with authorization:
- Resident garages
- Taxi:
- From 23:00 to 9:00: all taxi vehicles authorized.
- From 9:00 to 23:00: only taxis with clients inside or required by clients. Free taxis are not authorized from 9:00 to 23:00.
- Buses: Lines C31, C32 and C35.
- School Bus: towards Cuesta del Chapiz, at 8:00h and 14:30h.
- Fuel supply: Gas, Diesel.
- Emergencies: Ambulance, Firemen, Police.
- Extraordinary services: weddings, mortuary services, reforms and home technical assistance, requesting in writting in the Granada City Council Register Department. If there is an emergency, you can previously e-mail us at cgim@movilidadgranada.com.

- Stablishments located in Carrera del Darro and cross-cutting streets will be considered as residents.
- Ask your hotel the best way to get there and where to park.
Loading and unloading of goods and passengers
- Loading and unloading zones actually are located in Plaza Nueva, San Juan de los Reyes street and in Paseo de los Tristes, between Cuesta de la Victoria and Cuesta del Chapiz.
- Timetable: Plaza Nueva: from 8:00 to 11:00h and from 15:00 to 18:00h. Ending of Paseo de los Tristes from 8:00 to 12:00h and from 15:00 to 18:00h.
